Activity Overview
The Winter Nepalese Community Warmth Action was held at the Jordan Nepalese Temple, responding to seasonal needs by providing practical winter supplies and sharing care through face-to-face interaction.
During the activity, volunteers spoke with community members about their circumstances and handed over prepared supplies. To us, material support is only one part of care; respect, conversation and companionship matter as well.
The activity was hosted by The Home of On Hong Limited and co-organised by the Youth Moral Education Foundation, bringing winter care to families and elderly persons from different backgrounds.
Bringing Winter Care into the Community
When everyday pressure is compounded by winter needs, suitable supplies can provide direct and practical help. We aim to offer simple, carefully arranged support that can ease part of the daily burden.
At the same time, face-to-face interaction turns a supply distribution into an opportunity to build connection and better understand the needs within the community.
