Activity Overview
The activity focused on caring for elderly persons and families in need within the community. Through daily-life material support, on-site services and visit arrangements, community resources and care were delivered to people with practical needs.
On the activity day, the service team coordinated the organisation, distribution and receipt of supplies on site, and had brief exchanges with elderly persons and recipients. Follow-up visits and delivery arrangements further extended the support to families and elderly persons with actual needs.
This activity was jointly carried out by The Home of On Hong Limited and Rapportsocial Service Limited. It continued our service direction of material assistance, non-cash support and community care, while placing emphasis on delivery records, on-site documentation, cooperation arrangements and protection of recipients’ privacy.
Service Highlights
The activity aimed to respond to the daily needs of elderly persons and vulnerable families through practical daily-life support and face-to-face care. Arrangements included on-site distribution, service coordination, recipient records and follow-up care visits.
We believe that carefully arranged material support, together with continuing community care, can help strengthen public attention towards elderly persons and families in need, and encourage more volunteers and community resources to support grassroots services.
