Activity Overview
The “Children and Family Care Action｜On Hong Care and Support” was jointly organised and carried out by The Home of On Hong Limited and Rapportsocial Service Limited. The activity focused on supporting children and families in need through daily-life material assistance, on-site services and community care.
On the activity day, the service team coordinated the organisation, distribution and receipt of supplies on site, and exchanged briefly with children and families. The arrangements aimed to turn community resources into practical, visible support while sharing care with service recipients.
This activity continued our service direction of material assistance and non-cash support, with emphasis on delivery records, on-site documentation, cooperation arrangements and protection of service recipients’ privacy.
Service Highlights
The activity responded to daily living needs of children and families through practical supplies and face-to-face care. Arrangements included on-site distribution, service coordination, recipient records and community care exchanges.
We believe carefully arranged material support, together with continuing community care, can help bring together more community resources to support children and families in need.
