Activity Overview
“Children and Family Care Action | On Hong Care and Support” started from the everyday needs of children and families. Through practical supplies, on-site service and conversation, community resources were turned into support that could be felt in daily life.
On the day, the service team welcomed families, provided suitable care supplies and took time to hear about their circumstances. To us, a package of supplies is not simply a handover; it is also an opportunity for families to feel seen and supported by the community.
The activity was jointly organised and carried out by The Home of On Hong Limited and Rapportsocial Service Limited, working from a shared focus on the needs of children and families.
Helping Families Feel Supported
Families may face more than one kind of difficulty at the same time. Practical supplies can ease part of the daily burden, while face-to-face care helps children and caregivers know that people in the community are thinking of them.
We also place importance on dignity and privacy throughout the service process, so that every form of support begins with actual needs and is delivered in a respectful manner.
